How much does delivery cost?

Orders over $90

FREE shipping to all metro regions across QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. 

Orders under $90

Flat rate shipping – $25

If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us for a delivery estimate.

You can also pick-up your order from our factory at no cost.

*Due to freight costs we are unable to supply to regional areas across Australia as well as SA, NT, WA and TAS. Please contact us for details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery is between 3-5 working days depending on location.

Important

Customers MUST be at the delivery address to accept their order upon arrival. Our products are highly perishable and will not handle redirection to holding depots or return to the factory. Any undeliverable orders will be at the customers cost and cannot be replaced.

Due to our chocolate products needing to be kept out of high temperatures we control dispatch times or will phone customers to offer the option of an upgraded delivery option in a refrigerated courier or foam and cold pack parcels. We try to avoid customers receiving a melted delivery!
